Refund policy


5-YEAR GUARANTEE & FREE REPAIRS

We stand by the craftsmanship of everything we make. That's why every Subwoofer product is covered by a 5-year guarantee.

If something breaks due to a fault in materials or workmanship within five years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it — no charge. This excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage (like chewing), or extreme use (such as trying to tow a car with your lead).

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you're welcome to return any full-priced item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, just email us at hello@subwooferdog.com No return form needed — just let us know what you’d like to return and why.

Please return your item(s) unused and in original packaging. It’s important that all packaging is secure and complete to prevent damage in transit.

You’re welcome to use your preferred shipping service with insurance and tracking. In some cases, we may be able to provide a return label for a fixed fee depending on your country — email us to check.

REFUNDS

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost) within 14 days of your return arriving and being inspected. If you're outside New Zealand, please note that any duties or customs fees paid are non-refundable.

If you haven’t seen your refund come through, just get in touch at hello@subwooferdog.com and we’ll check on it for you.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour? No problem — just email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that our 14-day return, refund, and exchange policy does not apply to items purchased on sale. All sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
