Takes a little time to get used to the mechanism, but I am a pro now. All 4 dogs are now ultra stylish and the security knowing they have contact details on their collars if the rego tags come off is reassuring too. The quality of the collars and leads is impeccable, yes an investment but I know they will last well.

Very happy with the collar and leash set from subwoofer. They look great on my GSD who is black and tan. Orange is my favourite colour. I ordered 2 of these collars for my lhasa apsos. They arrived (to Australia) very quickly and I'm really impressed by the quality and the look of the collars. My dogs (who are very fussy!) find them really comfortable and they look great. I'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve been waiting for a medium Ohope since the small one came out, and finally we got one on our hands! My whippet comfortably eats and drinks from the platform, and there’s no spilling whatsoever. The feeder also blends into our kitchen beautifully. It stands super solid with four rubber stoppers to protect the flooring. Watching Kilu use the feeder has become my new obsession!

So pleased that I got past the price and ordered this. The stainless steel bowls are perfect for the dishwasher and the cup measurements on the inside are really useful. The rubber feet mean I no longer have dog bowls skittering all over the kitchen floor, and the raised design is a great height for my Cavalier girls- especially my senior. Happy customer!

I am so blown away by this brand. Not only are the the collars and leads beautifully made, stylish and user friendly, easy to clip and well thought out design, but the attention to detail, like the stunning hand engraving names on the collar.

Well SUBWOOFER go even further… you can tell how much they care about their business but most importantly that of the customer.
After ordering I woke up to a text message ( I’m in Australia and they are in New Zealand) to ask what colour my dogs fur was so they put the right coating on the hardware. Some how I had missed this step in the Process. I text Lisa to let her know. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect before she sent it out. Very rarely do you experience fantastic customer service who really cares.
I received Ella ( my dog) purchase promptly.
I was so excited to see how beautiful packaged everything was with a heart felt hand written message from Lisa… all my christmases came at once.

I just purchased another Ohope bowl for my new puppy!! As my eldest dog loves hers!! And so do I!! It is so stylish!!!

Stunning and trust me the quality exceeded expectations size guide was perfect recommendation and the service was equally top end paired with small ID tag and Neo looks very flash I appreciate is little more than other collars in saying that other collars are not as well thought out or as good quality would I purchase again absolutely would not hesitate thanks subwoofer for having a fabulous product line for our fur babies!

Although we are not sure if Rupert truly appreciates the beautiful design of his new bowls, he has taken to them without suspicion or hesitation. The raised design really suits him, a small dog with a short neck. And it looks so nice and modern, very tidy, well made and looks so stylish. Super happy with our subwoofer.
